Mr. Randleman joined Excel Communications, a network marketing organization, at the age of 19 when he was looking for ways to pay for college. The opportunity was presented to him twice; however, the first time he thought it was something that only older folks did. The opportunity was presented a second time to him by his now mentors Russ and Vince Widger, and his then wife Silvana Mujaes, motivated him to give it a try.
By the ripe age of 27, he developed and expanded 8 different companies with a networth of $10 million.
